[News Boquete] Two Important News Articles: Renewal of Driver Licenses and Minsa Advising the Population to Follow Health Safety Guidelines

Renewal of Driver Licenses
and
Minsa Advising the Population to Follow Health Guidelines

Two important news articles were published today, Friday, June 5th, regarding the coronavirus pandemic.

First, Sertracen is the agency that issues driver licenses. Sertracen has been closed since the early quarantine lockdown. Sertracen is now scheduled to open again as of Monday, June 8th. However, there is reference to needing to make an appointment, but no details have been provided how to make such an appointment. For more details, please visit (scroll down to see the translated version of the news article):

Second, Minsa is publicly urging the population to follow Minsa guidelines for maintaining control of the spread of the coronavirus. Two news articles were published today on this general topic. The first article discusses the Rt factor that health agencies use to measure the retransmission rate of a virus. In general it is not good news for certain regions of Panama. For more details, please visit (scroll down to see the translated version of the news article):
The second news article quotes Minister Rosario Turner: "If the population does not follow the instructions, they will make us roll back the measures...".  For more details, please visit (scroll down to see the translated version of the news article):
It sounds like Minsa is setting the groundwork for restoring all of or parts of the prior lockdown. Be advised.
