MINSA and the government of Panama has declared a new lockdown for the province of Chiriqui. The main points are these:
1. Nobody can leave their home on Saturdays and Sundays unless they have a written "pass" from the government.
2. Nobody may leave their house between the hours of 7 PM and 5 AM unless they have a written "pass" from the government.
3. Women may leave their houses on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two hours per the following schedule.
4. Men may leave their house on Tuesday and Thursday according to the following schedule.
