http://doshombrespanama.com What a week it has been.  I hope that you are doing well.   This week in the kitchen we have been busy preparing all sorts of goodies for you to enjoy!!  This week we are very excited to bring to the menu a southern classic.  Pot Roast!!   That's right we have a delicious beef pot roast with roasted carrots and potatoes to help you get through these rainy afternoons.  Very delicious and filling as each portion will feed 1 – 2 adults (over 1 pound of food).  All you have to do is heat and serve.  If you like to eat it over rice be sure to add a portion of our jasmine rice to your order.   In addition to pot roast we've made several other entrees this week for you to enjoy.  Chandler and I cooked up some Salmon patties over a vegetable rice pilaf, we also have a shrimp and andouille sausage Cajun etouffee to add to the lineup, and we've got a vegan Indian Red Bean Curry (rajma) which is out of this world delicious!!   We have been getting lots of requests for more sausages so this week we have decided to go all in!!  We now have Chicken and Apple Breakfast sausage, Mexican Chorizo, Hot Italian Sausage, Spicy Breakfast Sausage, and Mild Breakfast sausage.   In addition to all of this we have lots more on our web site.  Thai Chicken Panang, Beef Stroganoff, Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole, Black Bean Soup, Tomato Basil Soup, Cheddar Broccoli Soup, New Orleans Red Beans & Rice, Cajun Rice Dressing, Pumpkin Sage Smothered Cheese Ravioli, Vegetarian Tikka Masala, Corned Beef & Cabbage Soup, and lots more!!   Next week we are anticipating having our Italian Lasagna and Mexican Tortilla soup back on the menu.  Stay tuned for Cabbage rolls, Chicken Pot Pies, Chinese Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry, Mediterranean Chick Pea Soup, Mexican Quesadillas, and lots more.
