[News Boquete] Tax Amnesty Law / Ley de Amnistia tributaria

Law 160 of 2020. 

 

 

The Panamanian government has issued an extension to the tax Amnesty law, effective until December 31 of 2020.  

 

The taxpayers will have the opportunity to pay pending taxes with a benefit of 85% discount on interest, surcharges, and fines.

El gobierno de Panamá ha emitido una extensión a la ley de Amnistía Tributaria, vigente hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 2020. 

 

Los contribuyentes tendrán la oportunidad de pagar los impuestos con un beneficio de descuento de 85% de intereses, recargos y multas.
