 10:00 am --- Qi-Gong Therapeutics w/ Mounir

All Weekly Classes are 60 minutes, with the exception of the Guided Meditation.

* Power Yoga w/ Alejandra begins on Jan 22; ** Vinyasa/Hatha w/ Marlyn begins on Feb 6.

Weekly Class Prices:  

$10 Resident; $12 Visitor

Residents may buy in bulk to save (5-classes $40; 10-classes $75)

Haven Members receive additional discounts.  

45-minute Guided Meditation: $5.00
