This week we've added our Steak and Loaded Baked Potato cream soup to the menu. A creamy soup with tender cubed steak that embodies the spirit of a loaded baked potato. Cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, butter, and baked potatoes are just a few of the ingredients.
Last week we polled our customers to see what Asian dish they would like to see on the menu. The choices were Mongolian Beef, Chinese Beef & Broccoli, or Teriyaki Stir Fry. The teriyaki beef won with the most votes. If you like tender beef Asian dishes then this teriyaki beef is right up your alley. Meat so tender you'll never believe that it's local 100% grass fed beef. Each portion has close to 1.5 pounds of food and can easily feed 1-2 adults. Serve by itself, with rice, or noodles (rice and noodles not included).
Are you into fermented foods? This week we have authentic Korean Kimchi available as well as Cultured Buttermilk and Kefir. Kimchi is considered by many to be amongst the healthiest foods on the planet. Our Naturally fermented Kimchi is loaded with gut friendly probiotics and delivers on flavor (not very spicy).
We also have Spinach & Artichoke dip back on the menu. This dish is not only perfect for any gathering it's also very versatile. You can add it to a baked potato or steamed vegetables, use it to stuff a pork chop or a chicken breast. I can't wait to hear how you enjoy this dish!!
Do you like sausage? This week we've made Chicken & Apple Breakfast Sausage, Mexican Chorizo, Mild Medium and Spicy Breakfast Sausage, as well as our signature Hot Italian sausage. These tend to sell out pretty fast so if you don't see them in the "Sausage" section of our menu it means they've already been scooped up.
If you want something different for dessert, try our new cheesecake creation, the Peppermint Bark Cheesecake!! This cake is not only visually stunning as it's swirled like a peppermint but its bursting with peppermint flavor and topped with a white chocolate peppermint ganache and crumbled peppermints. I was hoping to make the Andes Chocolate Cheesecake this week as well but I ran out of time😅. I'll have that one on the menu next week.
Other dishes available this week are Beef Stroganoff, Mexican Shredded Beef Enchiladas, Southern Pot Roast, Buttery Grits with cheddar, New Orleans Red Beans and Andouille Sausage, Black Eyed Peas and Ham, Cream of Bratwurst Stew, Mexican Tortilla Soup, Thai Chicken Panang, Mac & Cheese, Loaded Baked Potato, and LOTS more!!!
