[News Boquete] Fresh, Homemade, and Convenient: What's New at Freeze and Feast

My name is Jason Boss, and my family and I have been living in Panama for nearly a decade. Many of you may have seen us around Panama over the years, and some of you may remember us from 153 Whole Foods, where we ran an organic grocery store until the pandemic inspired us to leave the retail world. My wife, Nicole, our twins, Jayden and Cayden, and our youngest, Eli, are the heart of our family. Together, we started Freeze and Feast in May 2024 as a small venture with a big dream.
 
In the beginning, we made a few missteps, including partnering with a local foundation, Inclusion Boquete, to support their mission. While our intentions were pure, it caused some confusion about our identity. Over time, we've worked hard to establish Freeze and Feast as a business true to who we are—a family-owned company passionate about quality and care. Today, we're proud to say that Freeze and Feast is 100% fully owned and operated by the Boss Family, with no outside ties, and solely dedicated to serving you, our incredible community.
 
Nicole and Eli are our main chefs, working tirelessly 4 to 5 days a week in our commercial kitchen. Our kitchen is completely shellfish-free and pork-free, ensuring a clean and inclusive environment for preparing your meals. Nicole brings a wealth of experience, having grown up in a family where her mother was the head chef for over 700 students in a private school system. Cooking has always been in her blood! Nearly 15 years ago, we committed to going organic after realizing how unhealthy much of the food supply was. Since then, we've stayed true to that lifestyle, and Nicole even grinds her own wheat berries to make fresh sourdough bread from scratch.
 
At Freeze and Feast, every dish is made with love and the same care we put into the meals we serve our own family. We source the best ingredients, staying as close to organic as possible, and all our meats are imported to ensure top-notch quality. When you choose Freeze and Feast, you can trust that every meal is crafted with integrity, passion, and dedication to providing wholesome, delicious food.
 
Exciting News!
We now have a brand-new, convenient option for ordering and pickup! Microserv Computer Technologies, located in the San Francisco Plaza, is now an official Freeze and Feast Order and Pickup location. If you're looking for an amazing meal on the go, simply stop by, place your order, and it will be ready to take with you. It's just another way we're making it easier to enjoy your favorite Freeze and Feast dishes. Pickup times are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 4pm.

  • Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic Bread – Classic comfort food at its finest. Our spaghetti is paired with homemade meatballs, simmered in a rich, slow-cooked tomato sauce, and finished with a slice of homemade garlic bread.
