As an experienced personal trainer and fitness advocate, I know for fact the importance of Strength Training as we get older. I know that mobility is an underrated practice among the seniors just as balance is. It's not practiced enough or at all.
At almost 57, being FUNCTIONAL is non- negotiable, that without muscles our bodies aren't as healthy and that mobility isn't just a luxury, it is a NEED.
If you are between 50 and 65 years old, fairly active or practice sports such as Running, Cycling, Hiking or even Yoga, then remember this: You still need muscles to perform better and your mobility/flexibility to recover better.
I am only accepting those who are serious about taking their bodies to the next level and want to improve their FUNCTIONALITY.
