I wanted to let you know of a new Massage Therapist in town. ( Yes, another one.)
ME!
Like many other therapists in town, I am trained in your basic Sweedish Relaxation, Hot Stones, and Thai Massage. I am also trained in Barefoot Ashiatsu.
Unlike other therapists in town, I am trained and certified in Chi Nei Tsang, which is a Chinese/Thai form of therapy that focuses mainly on the abdomen, and addresses digestive issues and emotional imbalances. I network the Chi Nei Tsang mainly with G.I. doctors, and chiropractors, as it really is more of a medical treatment, than a spa treatment.
I do also teach Chi Nei Tsang as self-care.
I am available to practice all forms of massage mentioned above, but love most the abdominal massage, and Thai Massage, as I feel they are the most beneficial.
I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher, and will be working my way into the Yoga offerings in and around Boquete.
AND for those of you interested in Acro-Yoga, I am working through the pre-requisites for my teacher training this year, and will be offering various classes for your enjoyment.
As an introduction to my services, from now until March 15th, you can receive any session I offer for $25/hr.
I am located in Alto Boquete. I do have a Thai Massage mat that travels, and can come to you with that.
