The troubadour who rocked the Boquete Jazz & Blues Festival in 2015 performs solo with songs from Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, B.B. King, S.B. Williamson, Johnny Winter, Canned Heat, Freddie King and many others. This show was extremely popular last year, so make reservations ASAP:

Mixtus Salad
Organic lettuce, tomato and vegetables, sprinkled with walnuts and served with our House vinaigrette.

Beef Bourguignon
Fork-tender beef steeped in red wine; served with potato purée.

Sautéed Grouper in Pineapple Salsa
Served with steamed vegetables & rice

Chicken Basquaise
Free-range whole thigh and leg of chicken gently stewed with tomatoes, onions, olives, bell peppers and spices; served with rice or potato purée

Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan
Roasted eggplant layered and baked with herbed tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then baked to a delicious golden brown.
