Starting on Friday, April 3  the fight against coronavirus   will  ensure scores of taxis will disappear  from Panama  streets as the Transport  Authority  (ATTT) regulates their work days based on the last digit of  the vehicle's license plate number
Taxis with license plates ending in even numbers may circulate on Monday, Wednesday  and Friday, from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm
For odd plate taxis, the circulation days will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
There will be no taxis on Sundays.
Taxis that are providing services to medical and emergency personnel and that are duly authorized by the Ministry of Health (Minsa) are exempted from the measure
