We're thrilled to invite you to join us on a journey that celebrates the amazing possibilities our senior years have to offer! If you've ever felt like aging is portrayed too negatively, then this is your chance to break free from that mindset and dive into a world of fresh opportunities, growth, and self-discovery.
We are offering a unique 2-3 hour class on February 27th beginning at 10am. It will be held in a convenient location in Bajo Boquete. We will explore two themes: achieving equanimity in stressful times and transforming our mindset about aging through review and reflection. The cost of the class is $50.
This is the perfect opportunity to "test the water" and decide if this kind of course is for you. We've done the research and organized mounds of information into an enjoyable two hour class. Please join us and others, like yourself, who want the best from life.
