If you have not yet experienced our Chicken Pot Pie let me take a minute to explain what makes ours so unique.  When we look at the Classic Pot Pie we have 3 basic elements, the sauce, the filling, and the crust.  Let's start with the sauce.  Our pot pie sauce (gravy) is a Velouté Sauce that brings a savory and velvety mouthfeel to our pie.  The velouté sauce is one of the five mother sauces in France and it works perfectly in this dish.  This sauce gets its flavor from the butter used to make the roux and the vegetables used to make the stock so the color of our sauce is a light cream colored sauce.  We also have a special method of preparing this sauce that makes it freezer friendly.  When traditional sauces are frozen then reheated, they have a tendency to "split", when this happens the sauce texture is no longer the same and the dish is practically ruined.  Our sauce stays perfectly smooth, silky, and velvety.  A small detail that delivers big in our Pot Pies.  Next up are the ingredients used to make the filling.  We use tender peas, carrots, celery, and juicy white meat chicken.  The chicken breast and each vegetable are cooked in such a way that we take into account the freeze and heat stage so that by the time you get your pie it will seem as if it was prepared for you the very same day.  Tender vegetables tossed with lightly seasoned chicken covered up with a beautiful savory sauce and that brings me to the crust.  The final piece to the puzzle and the part that brings it all together.  We use a classic puff pastry crust to seal the deal.  For those of you who might not know we do not prebake your pot pies.  We want for you to have the freshest pot pie experience around so when you receive your dinner you will be receiving a frozen pot pie with an unbaked crust.  All you have to do is follow the directions on the label and in little to no time you'll be enjoying a delicious freshly baked Chicken Pot Pie.  I personally love the way my kitchen smells when one of these are in our oven!!!  Reminds me of when I was young.

We have a limited amount of Pot Pies available so be sure to get yours while supplies last.
