Seek and you shall find more cats that need to be sterilized. Kathya from Los Naranjos called me asking if I could take four starving kittens. Fortunately Carol was willing to receive them and invest the time, energy and attention required of newborn kittens. Eager to see where these kittens came from I went to investigate the neighborhood with Kathya. We found two locations with cats and kittens needing sterilizing, as there were many. Both places were receptive to receiving assistance from Kirsten Cares For Cats. At one location there are seven cats not sterilized but two are pregnant. Appointments have already been made for the end of February clinic. Kirsten Cares For Cats will provide donated sterilization certificates, loaning of cat carriers for safe transport and Patty and her husband will provide transportation.
Kirsten Cares For Cats is active in helping cats in other capacities as well, like, monthly feeding stations, fostering, building catios to shelter and protect cats and the most dear to my heart, providing veterinary care for sick and injured cats. Kirsten Cares For Cats is dedicated to improving the lives of cats. Please consider donating monthly to assist us in caring for the cats. This is a small group but we are accomplishing many things.
