[News Boquete] Strength Training is Where it's at as We Age.

Having muscles and a strong, fit body feels and looks good. Strength Training makes you feel younger through releasing great hormones all through your body.  It builds bones and raises your metabolism. It improves your sleep. And  most importantly, it turns fat into muscle. So your body is not saggy and weak, but strong and fit and strengthens your skeleton for good alignment..
Strength Training need not be difficult. Come to the gym 2, 3 or maybe even 4 times a week. Work with a trainer to do some stretching and warming up followed by a series of weight training machines. Learn how to work-out with a small number of sessions and you're ready to do it on your own. Then have another session or two in the future to add to your repertoire so you don't get stuck being on automatic and always doing the same thing.

Most of All,Get Creative and Have Fun! It's your body...it's your life. Too...Eat well.
No matter what Craziness is going on in the world, Do Your Best to Take Good Care of Yourself and To Enjoy your Life. '

"Also I'm not a medical professional and feel my level of exercise best applies to those who are moderately fit with an exercise history. If frail, I suggest you see a Physical Therapist or Therapeutic Movement Instructor to appropriately begin and start moving."
