A heartfelt thank you to ACCB and our incredible Boquete community!
For more than a decade, ACCB has been making a real difference in our community through its unwavering support of our first responders, local families, and charitable organizations. From helping cover medical expenses for police officers and firefighters in times of need, to purchasing essential equipment such as emergency lights, stoves, refrigerators, and other much-needed supplies for our police and fire departments, their impact is felt throughout Boquete.
Beyond supporting first responders, ACCB organizes toy drives for children, assists numerous local charities, and hosts its weekly Bingo fundraiser, bringing our community together while raising funds for important causes.
Yesterday, ACCB generously sponsored Dra. Dagmar Ríos’ Toothbrush Drive through its weekly Bingo event. Thanks to the generosity of ACCB and everyone who participated, we are able to continue providing dental outreach to the Comarca and other underserved communities.
Once each month, the Odonto Smile team, along with dedicated volunteers, travels into these communities to provide free dental care for people who otherwise have little or no access to treatment. But we don’t just treat dental problems we also focus on prevention. Every patient receives a toothbrush and toothpaste, learns proper brushing techniques, and watches educational videos about the importance of good oral hygiene so they can care for their smiles long after we leave.
This program is about more than teeth it’s about education, prevention, dignity, and improving lives.
