[News Boquete] Volunteer Opportunity – Scanning Documentation for Data Protection & Community Memory

Dear Community,

At FPI The Handicap Foundation, we are excited to announce a new volunteer opportunity that combines two essential goals: protecting sensitive data and preserving our community's collective memory.

We are looking for a committed individual to help us digitize physical documents. This task not only ensures that sensitive information is securely stored and protected, but also allows us to preserve our history—photos, reports, and community stories—for future generations.

Main tasks:

• Scan documents and organize digital files.
• Sort and label each record correctly.
• Ensure all information is stored in compliance with data protection standards.

Skills required:

• Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Basic computer skills (no prior scanning experience needed—we'll provide training).
• Interest in community history and data confidentiality.

Schedule:
Flexible hours within the following timeframe: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
You choose the days and hours that best fit your availability within that window.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to contribute behind the scenes and have a direct, lasting impact on our organization and the entire community.
