This Saturday I'll be undergoing emergency surgery, and while everything is expected to go well, my recovery is going to take several weeks. During that time, I won't be able to drive, lift anything heavy, or get around very much—which means I won't be able to make our regular weekly deliveries. For the past 15 years, I've personally delivered your orders each week. It's one of my favorite parts of this business because it gives me the opportunity to meet so many of you face-to-face. Unfortunately, this is one of those times when I need to ask for a little help. The good news is that business will continue as usual. Cecelia and our three kids will keep doing what they've faithfully done for the past 15 years to make sure your orders are prepared with the same care and quality you've come to expect. Here's where you can help us: *For this week, and possibly next week, we'll be offering order pickups at our location instead of delivery. *All you have to do is place your order just as you normally do, select the option “PICK UP ONLY THIS WEEK” and complete the order.**You can pick up your order beginning Sunday and throughout the week. Just give me or Aidan a call when you're on your way, and we'll have everything ready for you.** This surgery has come at one of the most challenging times for our family. Because we don't have international health insurance, we're paying for the entire procedure completely out of pocket and it’s not cheap.  Know that every order that comes through is helping us get through this very difficult time a little easier.  So, if you're able to pick up your order over the next week or two, it would take an enormous amount of pressure off our family while I recover. Your flexibility and support mean more than you know. Thank you for supporting our small family business over the years. Your encouragement, prayers, kind words, and continued trust have allowed us to do what we love for the past 15 years, and we couldn't be more grateful.
