The 2011 Boquete Jazz Festival will feature 45 musicians from 3 countries performing at 8 events between Thursday, Feb 24 to Sunday, Feb 27. The festival will feature 3 ticketed evening concerts at the BCP Theater in Boquete on Thursday (6:30pm-9:30pm), Friday (7:30pm-10pm) and Saturday (7:30pm-10pm). The festival will also feature 5 free events including 3 free concerts in Boquete's Central Park on Friday (4-6pm), Saturday (4-6pm) and Sunday (11-3pm) plus 2 free music clinics conducted by festival artists on Friday (10am-12pm) and Saturday (10-12pm). The Thursday evening tickets cost $18 and include two performances plus Happy Hour (glass of wine & appetizers). The Friday and Saturday evening tickets cost $15 and include two performances. In association with the festival, there will also be a Wine Tasting Benefit Event at Casa Del Risco in Los Molinos on Thursday, Feb 24 from 4pm-7pm.
