The Boquete Jazz Festival is one week away - Feb 24 to Feb 27. Our international artists are starting to arrive. Our team of volunteers are working tirelessly to prepare a world-class jazz experience for you. Tickets to the 3 evening performances (2 bands each night) at the BCP theater are available at MailBoxes Etc. Thursday (6:30pm-9:30pm) Happy Hour & performances cost $18/ticket. Friday (7:30pm-10:15pm) and Saturday (7:30pm-10:15pm) performances costs $15/ticket. Take advantage of the free music clinics on Friday and Saturday mornings (10am-12pm) with world-class musicians. There will be a free outdoor concert on Sunday (11am-3pm) featuring 4 bands including the Pat Belliveau Quartet (Canada) with guest, Jon Day (U.K.). After Party Jam Sessions with the performing artists are planned for each night: Thursday @ The Bistro (9pm-close), Friday @ Tammy's Restaurant (9pm-close), Saturday @ Baru Restaurant (9pm-close), Sunday @ Las Ruinas (4pm-8pm). Tickets to the pre-festival Wine Tasting Benefit at Casa Del Risco on Thursday, Feb 24th are also available at MailBoxes Etc.
