To all of you who have had the good fortune to have been in the care of this fine doctor, I am very sad to inform you that he died yesterday of a sudden heart attack.
I feel that a great void has been created in my life as I have lost both an irreplaceable doctor and friend.
I will post the funeral arrangements here when I know.

Dr. Armando Angulo was mine and my husband Glenn's closest friend when we lived in Panama for many many years. It hurts us deeply that he is no longer with us. I received a message yesterday from his daughter Mary Ann informing us that he passed away. He was not only our doctor but a true true friend. The type of friend that is 1 in a million. He has helped so many people throughout his years.....but I will never forget that he was the doctor that saved my young sons life when he had Dengue (2 x's). He would come to our house in the middle of the night to check on him, he just went above and beyond. Our family loved him very much and my husband Glenn and Armando always called each other hermanos. We will miss you very much Doctor, but you will never be forgotton.
