-- Thursday, June 23 - 11:00am - "All About French Bread", presented by artisan baker, Mort Rabkin. This is a class to practice basic bread-making skills, from measuring and kneading to baking in Mort's clay oven. Learn to vary your ingredients, and to create "artsy" breads using one classic recipe. The $25 fee includes hands-on class, recipe booklet, lunch with wine, and 2 loaves of French bread to take home.
