[News Boquete] WRAP WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 4TH

Hello Friends!!

I am giving a shout out to all my Boquete friends today! I will be doing 'Wrap Wednesday' at Bona Foodie this week, and I wanted to personally invite you all to come down and try them out. I'm ditching the boring old wrap ideas and have some great options for you this week. I will also be changing up the wrap menu EVERY week. Usually I will have at least 1 chicken, 1 beef OR pork, and 1 vegetarian option. The wraps are all $4 and will be BIG and BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS :)

You also have the option to make your wrap a meal (kind of like Subway, if you've been). For an extra $3, you can get a drink (small bottle of water/can of soda) and a bowl of home made soup to go with your wrap. OR I'm making a batch of chocolate chunk cookies fresh on Wednesday that you can substitute for your soup (4 large cookies).

Here is the wrap menu for Wednesday September 4th: 

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN JALAPENO POPPER WRAP: chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, avocado, corn, black beans, red onion, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, crumbled bacon and jalapeno popper dressing. 

THAI STEAK SALAD WRAP: super thin, tender slices of marinated beef, lettuce, mint, culantro, cucumber, tomato, red onion and a thai inspired vinaigrette. 

GARDEN SALAD  WRAP: LOADED with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mushrooms, avocado, shredded carrot, and hard boiled egg with a red wine dijon vinaigrette (option to add cheddar cheese, blue cheese OR goat cheese as well). 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could come down to Bona Foodie this Wednesday, and enjoy a great lunch. I would really love if this was successful because for a lot of people, a fresh, fast, healthy, fairly inexpensive lunch option just isn't there. Feel free to email me back with any questions or comments, and an RSVP would be great too so I have an idea of how much great stuff to prepare!
