Tuesday's Child at the BCP Market


Join us at the second Saturday market at BCP on October 25 from nine to two.  You can also find us beside Candice and Curt (in front of Tika's Bar) on Tuesdays. We will be there with the following items in limited quantities:


Sweets (all packed in individual servings)


Key Lime tartlets

Cookies and Cream cheesecake tartlets

Cinnamon crumb cakes

Cashew butter brownies

Cream cheese brownies

Red wine poached spiced pears

White wine poached spiced apples


Savories:


Chiriqui Chicken Chowder

            Hearty soup loaded with local vegetables, fresh herbs and lots of tender, slow cooked chicken plus just the right amount of bow-tie pasta and diced potatoes to stick to your ribs.


Mountain Macaroni

            A hybrid of mac and cheese and au gratin potatoes with a touch of bacon, ham, onions and peppers in a three cheese sauce topped with buttered crumbs.


Smoked Rainbow Trout

            Sides of beautiful fresh trout smoked to perfection and accompanied by a saucy accent of horseradish cream on the side. Vacuum packed.


Irish Corned Beef

            We brine the briskets and tend our babies for almost two weeks before we slow cook them to tender deliciousness. Vacuum packed.


Corned beef hash

            Ready to cook patties of our own corned beef, potatoes and onion.
