CAT HOUSE Chili will be selling our authentic Texas style* spicy beef chili, topped with creamy chipotle aioli.
Our brined and super slow roasted pulled pork butt served on a sandwich, with coleslaw and house made sweet/tangy BBQ sauce.
Alabama style sweet corn pudding.
I'm also going to try real Chiles Rellenos, since they seem so much fun to make.
Scorched fresh Poblano chiles, stuffed with Pork or Pepper Jack cheese, coated in fluffy eggwhite and then sauteed. Limited quantities!
