By popular petition I will be holding one class for 10 people on cooking with local ingredients. You will learn about vegetables and products you often find in markets throughout Chiriqui. We will do 7 recipes and I will answer any questions you may have on local food. There will be a talk on caring for knifes from our local expert Jerry Knedzic of the Cutting Edge. He will be available for sharpening knifes. If you are interested bring an apron and your favorite knife. Request your place by Email or phone.
