I'm a clinical massage therapist with 10 years experience in pain management and injury rehabilitation. Trained in deep tissue, connective tissue, and lymphatic massage, as well as, pre and postnatal massage techniques for relieving all types of pain associated with carrying a baby. I've also studied reflexology, sports massage, Thai, Reiki Jin Kei Do, and Ortho-Bionomy.
In 2012, I trained with Sri Dharma Mittra, in New York City, for my yoga certification.
