12th Annual Boquete Jazz & Blues Festival Volunteer Meeting

Whether you have volunteered at the Boquete Jazz & Blues Festival in years past, or are new to the area and want to get involved, please plan to attend an important volunteer meeting on Tuesday, January 23rd at Hotel Ladera.
Please consider areas where you can help. We need your assistance to make this BJBF the best yet for our guests from Chiriquí, Panamá, and countries around the world!
Volunteers opportunities for 2018 include:
Band Angels / Hospitality – Paired with a performer or group for the duration of the festival, and responsible for transporting artists from Point A to Point B for performances, sound checks, meals, etc.
Ushers – Assist festival attendees as needed, including directing to proper seating areas, stage areas and general venue information; ensure walkways and pathways remain open and without hazards; provide special assistance to guests as needed; etc.
Green Room – Assist with the food service, dining, and lounge area for the artists.
Merchandise Sales – Help with the sale of commemorative tiles and bottled water at the BJBF booths.
Security – Assist with venue control to provide a safe and secure atmosphere for festival guest.
