Yoga Boquete is back up and running.   Classes resume tomorrow (Saturday, Jan 13th) with Gentle Hatha at 10 am.   All classes are held at the "Room of Time" Gym, which is in downtown Boquete, near the library.  (If you need further clarification on location, feel free to send me an email.)

Class schedule and price will remain the same. 

Gentle Hatha: Monday, Thursday, Saturday 10-11 am

Ashtanga 'Short Form': Wednesday & Friday 10-11 am

Power Flow: Tuesday 2-3 pm

All classes are $6.00

Mats are available to rent or purchase.

MASSAGE

And...   Tranquilo Massage is also back up and running!   For those who do not know, I am a certified massage therapist.  I love practicing bodywork... (something that had to take a back-burner this previous year, due to other time engagements.) 

I offer a tailored-to-your-needs therapeutic massage utilizing a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques.  Sessions are offered on-site in Lower Volcancito, and off-site at pre-approved private residences or select hotels in the Boquete area.  

30 minute massage for $25

60 minute massage for $45

90 minute massage for $65

*note off-site locations require an additional travel charge of $5.00
