[News Boquete] New and old wood art at the Tuesday Market.

See this unique collection of artistic works under the "Xulonn" sign on the back terrace at the Tuesday Morning Market at the BCP Center.

The old - from Santiago, Panama - petrified wood and other minerals, including slabs, random pieces, and a driftwood lamp with a petrified wood slab in the base.

Absolutely beautiful - and very unique. 20" wide base, 26" tall - $120.

The new:  A collection of many styles of pyrography on wood, birds painted in acrylic on cedro plates, lathe-turned tagua (vegetable ivory) miniature vases and bottle stoppers, candle holders, bowls, and more.  Woodturnings by David van Harn, graphics and paintings by Richar Huiza.
