[News Boquete] A Picture is worth a Thousand Words.....

 

 

 

 

 

Great Beautiful Day Everyone,

 

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words but what is a free sample worth?  Yes, that's right this week at the BCP at the 2 Guys & A Cooler booth there will be free samples of our newest line to hit the market.  We are calling it "The Sauerkraut Extravaganza!".  We have been experimenting and perfecting the art of fermentation with various food items.  This particular line (after many months) is finally ready and we are giving away free samples to anyone who wants to try the most daring and delicious foods at the market.  If you have never had sauerkraut then we invite you to come out and experience "Kraut" for the first time.  If you've had sauerkraut before and didn't like it, come out and give it a second try (for free).  Some say that sauerkraut is a food that you either love or hate.  Well, we are going to have to disagree.  Sauerkraut is a food that is extremely versatile and making many different flavor profiles will give you options like never before.  Imagine a Mexican Sauerkraut on you Fajitas or tacos.  Think about a Caribbean sauerkraut on some fish tacos.  What about a smoky sauerkraut on your hamburger or a ghost chili sauerkraut on your bratwurst or Ruben for a spicy surprise.  We are not only thinking outside the box but we have completely thrown out the box for this one.

 

Sauerkraut can easily be paired with any of your meals as a side or a topping (given the right flavor).  So this week we are proud to bring to the market for the first time ever 9 different flavors of sauerkraut for you to sample (and buy if you want).  We have expanded our ability to produce more sauerkraut and rather than making the same type over and over we have mixed it up a bit (or a lot).  We will also be showcasing our new labeling and packaging with the unique Ferment Vent on it.  This has been months in the development and has finally come to fruition.

As you can see we've been quite busy.  This line up is only the beginning of our new fermented food line.  Next week we will be bringing to the market our authentic and traditional KOSHER Kim Chi.  What makes ours different than everyone else's is our special Korean Spices that we use.  Our Kim Chi uses Korean Gochugaru and Gochujang pepper which give Kim Chi its signature smokiness, sweetness, and flavor (spicy but not too spicy).  Also we have added the Umami element of seaweed and shitake mushrooms to our stock as opposed to the briny shrimp that is traditionally used.  You will love our new method of preparing this product as we have layered the flavors in such a way that the overall that the seasonings and vegetables work in a melodious way.
