Finca Dos Jefes is excited to announce Cafes De La Luna, known for its rich, fruity flavors, will now be available at the market on Tuesday.    Formerly found at a few select locations, we are happy to join the BCP family of vendors.   Order in advance at www.boqueteandbeyond.com to have it waiting at the market or delivered to you any weekday.    "Cafes de la Luna" are grown on the base of Volcan Baru in El Salto at an altitude of 1450 meters.  Our "cherries" are judiciously hand-picked and processed using the natural method which is more environmentally friendly and delivers a fuller fruitier flavor.  Custom roasting insures maximum freshness.  We follow the best organic practices and farm in alliance with the phases of the moon.  Our belief is the return to this ancient farming practice produces the healthiest trees and the highest quality coffee under the moon.
