[News Boquete] There's a new kid on the block....

There’s a new kid on the block and he’s got a surprise for you.

Save this message as this will be your monthly reminder.  Joseph (Owner of Il Forno’s Ristorante in Volcan) and Eric (The Crazy Cajun) have teamed up and are now at the BCP (Just in front of the theater entrance)

This Tuesday and hopefully every Tuesday after that we will have a wide variety of amazing goodies for you to try.  Come by the booth so that you can see for yourself

First of all let’s talk bread.  Joe uses only the best ingredients in his bread.  A combination of traditional and inventive can be the only way to describe some of his loaves.  For those of you who know bread then you know the labor that goes into making it.  A full day is allowed just to rise the dough.  This give you a baguette that actually has some density to it.   Using a wood fired brick oven (Like the traditional Artesian Bakers in Italy continue to do it) Joe patiently waits till it hits the right temperature and then starts the process.  Each baguette is consistent and delicious.  The finished product……  You tell me.

Now let’s talk Pizza.  Deep Dish to be exact..  We have found the perfect way to create a deep dish (and thin crust) pizza that is flash frozen upon completion.  This allows you to buy a frozen pizza, take it home, and have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner without having to destroy your kitchen.  The finished product is restaurant quality as we only use the freshest ingredients.  Mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions all organic.  We use what we have from our organic farm when we can.  Below is the Pizza Menu.  I am only bringing 18 deep dish pizza’s and 9 thin crust pizzas.  We will make them to order so get your orders in soon!!!  Pre orders are the best way to ensure that you get what you want.

Check out our newest soups selection.  New Orleans Shrimp and Corn Bisque, Italian Minestrone, Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Broccoli, Cream of Chicken.  Perfect for those cool rainy days.

This Pizza is all about the celebration of meat and more meat.  This carnivore’s dream comes true with a combination of Italian Sausage, Bacon, Ham, well seasoned Hamburger Meat and Pepperoni.  All layered on top of a sweet pizza sauce, fresh herbs, and mozzarella cheese.
