[News Boquete] Are you taking action to enhance, harness and manifest vitality in your life?

Are you taking action to enhance, harness and manifest vitality in your life?

By simply acting in some new ways, with small deviations from the life we normally lead, we actually tap into and harness the power of the Universe and our thoughts.  (Mike Dooley)

When pain or discomfort  manifests in our life there are usually two routes we human beings take:

  1. We bulldoze ahead and and get used to living with the situation.

  2. We retreat from action and avoid or restrict our movements.

Either of these two options eventually lead to diminished vitality.

A third option that allows us to continuously manifest vitality is to coach ourselves to discover what needs to be reversed through action.  If actions are our thoughts in movement or our beliefs in motion, then what sort of thoughts can we have to enhance, harness and manifest vitality?

To change the bulldoze/retreat approach to the reverse-through-action approach, we need to gently challenge the status quo as we feel it in our body.  The range of feelings can go from acute pain to slight but warning discomfort.

Whatever the case, our bodies are always broadcasting the truth.  A way to explore at your own pace, how to manifest new levels of vitality are the movement lessons offered at BodyMind Dojo.

You can create your own group of three persons at a time convenient to you or join one of the scheduled group classes listed below:
