Felipe (in yellow t-shirt) is a happy, loving 6-year-old with Downs Syndrome. He lives with mom Luisa age 47, dad Emiliano age 48, brothers Eliceo age 13, Ezequil age 10 who has severe epilepsy and is unable to attend school, and Juan Pablo age 3. Felipe and Ezequil require full time care from Mom. A previous Boquete Mayor donated the house to the family.  Dad finds any available work as a gardener/security man and currently earns approximately $100 per month.
