Highly appropriate for those on a healing regime and working with back, knee, shoulder and/or hip conditions, or for anyone wanting to "Get in shape and add quality and quantity to his or her life!"
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 9:30-10:45 a.m., $6 per class.
All materials- mats, balls, hand-weights & stretchy bands- provided.

About the Instructor. Susan Clare has been teaching exercise and fitness for 22 years. She is a certified Integrative Yoga Therapist, was a Personal Trainer and a licensed Massage Therapist in the U.S. for 30 years and is presently enrolled in a Pilates Certification Program. Susan is passionate about natural health-care, movement and fitness and loves teaching classes using the ball, believing it totally avails itself as a creative integration of multiple techniques.
