[News Boquete] 17th Anniversary of Alto Boquete

Joswar Alvarado, Represenante of Alto Boquete would like to invite the entire community to a three day celebration of the foundation of the Corregimiento of Alto Boquete.

You are invited to this event which is NOT being funded by the government. Since there are no government funds for this event donations are being requested from the entire community. You can make a donation at the Junta Communal in Alto Boquete, near Amigos de Animales or if you wish at the Tuesday Morning Market at the table that collects $1 for the meetings. 

This is an example of a local elected official who has taken his time to speak at a Tuesday meeting reaching out to the entire community and asking us to join in an event.

Saturday 27

1pm Corrida de Toros (Panamanian Bull Fight, no bulls are hurt)  in a lot next to San Francisco Assisi the Catholic Church in Alto Boquete

Sunday 28

10 AM at San Francisco Assisi the Catholic Church in Alto Boquete,  a parade of decorated cars, you are welcome to participate with a car you invited, show up ready to go.

1pm Corrida de Toros (Panamanian Bull Fight, no bulls are hurt)  and a horse race

Monday 29 

11 AM A toast to the past and future in a lot next to San Francisco Assisi the Catholic Church in Alto Boquete

The Toast needs a sponsor to help purchase the champagne and cups, in fact all of these events need some financial help from the entire community.
