Wednesday: 7-8pm Candlelight Yoga -
Come and unwind at the end of the day, with a Hatha Yoga Practice.. To generate heat in the body through purposeful movement.. & Therapeutic release into postures.. All in the warm ambiance of Candlelight.
Friday: 8:30-9:30am Hatha -
Begin the day with a Hatha Practice; Cultivating Strength with the holding of postures, and Fluid movement through learning to follow the flow of the body with the Breath.
Saturday: 2-3 pm Hatha -
Honor yourself and your body with a Hatha Yoga Practice .. Toning the Body and the Mind through movement and Breath. Building Strength and Stability through your practice.
All levels, all Bodies, All Ages are welcome :)
