Geology Field Trip: LIVING WITH LANDSLIDES IN CHIRIQUI
Interested in learning more about landslides in our area? Dr. Paul Myers, retired professor of Geology at University of Wisconsin, will lead a field trip on Thursday, December 4th, to look at recent landslides in the Boquete area. Participants will gather at the empty lot across the street from the Visitor Center on the Boquete Highway at 8:30 am. The trip will last approximately four hours. The field trip participants will travel as a caravan and cars and drivers are required. There is no charge but pre-registration is necessary.
