[News Boquete] A little chat with your Library Park

Hi, it's me — your Library Park:

I see you out here everyday walking your dogs, jogging, bird-watching, relaxing, and showing me off to your friends. I love that!

As the year ends, here's a little friendly reminder and tax advice: you can support me and help me grow --  and get tax benefits to boot.

I know that you love our Boquete community and you gotta know that the library and park are the heart of our community.

My friends (Amigos del Parque) can show you how make your gifts tax-deductible in the U.S. or Panama (wherever you pay taxes) And if you send me your RMD directly from your IRA, it can even lower your taxable income.

And my friends have also set up a plan for automatic monthly donations right into my bank account. We call that the "Padrinos" program.

Your support keeps me going every day — trimming, cleaning, repairing storm damage — and it helps me dream big: expanding south, crossing the river, maybe even a nature learning center someday, or, who knows -- a performing arts center

And if you ever want to remember me in your estate plans, make me part of your legacy in Boquete with real estate or cash --… well, I won't say no.
