IF ONLY ….. I DIDN'T ALREADY HAVE 50 CATS
I would adopt this little guy in a heartbeat 💓 I met Nero when he stayed with us at the Kitty Hotel. He charmed everyone, but especially me. There is just something about him - calm, curious, connected to everything around him. He is sweet and playful.
Nero needs a new home because he torments his older roommate, Bridget Wilson. Some of you may remember Bridget. She was adopted from the Sanctuary several years ago. Bridget is sweet and unassuming. She's the perfect target for playful Nero. Their people have worked with the two of them for over a year, but as Bridget gets older, she gets more and more shy. Now, she just hides under furniture to avoid Nero. It is with a truly heavy heart his people must find a new home for him.
Baby Nero was rescued from the street a little over a year ago. His rescuers have taken excellent care of him. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. We believe he is about 1.5 years old. His life has been one of love and adventure. Nero is accustomed to cat-friendly dogs. He enjoys some outdoor time, but ALWAYS comes in at night (so important). Nero would probably get along fine with other cats who are also bold. And, he might adjust to being indoors only, though that's not certain.
