Whether you've just arrived in Boquete or you've been part of this beautiful mountain community for years, we want to say hello and welcome.

 

Freeze & Feast is honored to serve a broad range of people - and an always evolving wave of new families coming to the area. Boquete continues to grow, and so does our community… and we're grateful you're here.

 

We are the Boss family, and we have been in Panama for a bit over a decade. We came here for a lot of the same reasons you all did.

And like many of you, once we arrived, we discovered something surprising…

 

🇺🇸➡️🇵🇦 The One Thing We Missed Most…
One of the first things we found is that the kind of high-quality, satisfying comfort food we were used to back in the US just isn't easy to find down here.

 

So we set out to bring that flavor of home to Boquete — with recipes that are clean, nourishing, and crafted the way we believe food should be made.

 

That's when we knew: Boquete deserved better frozen food — food that was clean, flavorful, nourishing, and made with love.

👩‍🍳 Meet Our Head Cook: Nicole

Our head cook Nicole was raised with an industrial cook and her mother raised their family feeding huge groups daily.

 

What Nicole learned didn't stop there - because the Boss family has been a proponent of Organic foods since the days of the very unhealthy genetically modified food.

 

We saw the rise in cancers, the mystery sicknesses, and the way that food was turned into a poison against us.

 

We have always been ahead of the game when it comes to trying to turn a bad food system into something that we can all grow and thrive from without the poisons.

 

That is why when we had the opportunity to try our hand at the Frozen Food Business we decided we could do it better in terms of health food and hopefully the taste.

 

But the jury will always be out as we are always striving to keep our recipes at the top of the food industry game.
