All weekly classes are 60 min. unless otherwise noted. Mats & props are available. Reservations are NOT required. Class cards are available for Residents or Members only, and are valid for ALL the weekly classes on the schedule. Resident Class Cards must be used within 60-days of purchase. Member cards must be used within 1 year membership (with active membership at The Haven Wellness Resort & Spa.)

$12 Single Class
$10 / Class : 5-Class Card for $50
$9 / Class : 10-Class Card for $90
VISITORS: $15 Single Class
HAVEN MEMBERS: $8 / Class
(For convenience, Haven Members may purchase a 10-class card for $80.)

There's always something happening at THE STUDIO. Below are some scheduled upcoming events. We also have "pop-up" classes that sometimes appear on shorter notice.
