Hello Friends,   As the year draws to a close, many of us feel it in our bodies before we name it in words. The tiredness that sleep does not fix. The sense that this year asked a lot. The quiet knowing that something inside is tired of carrying it all. If this resonates, Mounir and I are inviting a small circle to the cacao farm on Sunday, December 21 for a Winter Solstice gathering we are calling: Return To The Light A Solstice Gathering to Reflect. Release & Rise This day is about closing the year with care. Releasing what has grown heavy and keeping what matters. Letting the light return slowly, from within. You'll recognize yourself in this if you've been craving a day that feels quiet, real, and deeply nourishing, without having to explain yourself to anyone. We will move gently. We will breathe, warm the body, sit with cacao, and make space for what wants to be released. We will pause long enough for the year to complete, so the next one does not begin already weighed down.
