Hi Mimi here to remind you of the importance of practicing prioritizing your MOBILITY &BALANCE.
Moving I'd a MUST for everyone but especially for folks over 40 why? Not because the body ages but because you stopped Moving.
Here's the deal, give it a try with 2 sessions. I work mainly using your own body along with mild dumbells, why?because your body has all the weight needed.
From May 4th to May 14th, you'll have the opportunity to try something different but highly effective.
