Beloved Friends
I am deeply excited to share this with you.
For the first time ever, a Yoga class will be held inside the Los Algarrobos Women Correctional Prison (WPC).
I was invited by Licda Aleyda Batista, and I will be honored to give them a Yoga class, by the end of October.
80 women, several US citizens among them, are serving their sentences in that facility and I was told that many of them don't receive visits.
They feel abandoned, so I thought it would be nice to provide them with both real and spiritual goods.
As I was told that the Center provides practically nothing, I invite you to gather 80 bars of soap for me to take on the first class.
Personalizing them with a little message, or a poem, or whatever you may think, in English or in Spanish, could be a great additional gift.
That will mean a drop of joy for them and a remarkable opportunity to give priceless, unselfish love, for us.

Queridos amigos,Es muy emocionante contarles que por primera vez se realizará una clase de Yoga en la cárcel de de mujeres de David- Los Algarrobos distrito de Dolega.La clase será a finales de octubre y me siento honrada por esta invitación que recibí de la Doctora Aleyda Batista Fernandez .Este Centro de Rehabilitación hospeda a 80 mujeres entre las cuales hay panameñas y estadounidenses .Muchas de ellas se sienten muy solas porque no reciben visita de familiares o amigos.Ellas tienen necesidades materiales y espirituales.Los invito a poner un granito de arena cada uno y juntar durante este mes 80 jabones.Les propongo personalizar el jabón que donen con su firma más un mensaje , o poema, o canción, o lo que sientan escribir en español o en inglés.En la dificil situación que estas mujeres se encuentran, sus palabras les darán a ellas un momento de alegria y todos nosotros la oportunidad sin precio de dar amor desinteresado.Las cajas para juntar los jabones con su carta estarán disponibles en:Spanish School Habla Ya de Plaza Los Establos- Boquete.Teatro BCP- Boquete- los jueves 6pm a 7.30 pmCurvas Bonita Gym- Alto Boquete-Casa Cultural La Guaricha- David.Les agradezco con el corazón que hayan leído este e-mail y ojalá quieran ayudar a ayudarlas.
