GYMNASIUM CURVAS BONITA
My new treadmill has arrived. It's really great. Come try it out. For those of you who are new to the area, come and try out my hydraulic weight machines. They are easy for all ages to use. Check out my website listed below. There are 13 hydraulic machines, 2 elliptical machines, 3 bicycles, abdominal machines and more. The gym is also a good place to socialize.
ZUMBA is at 9 a.m. on Thursday and Saturday. Join the dance craze. Certified Instructor: Astrid.
YOGA is at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, and 8:30 - 10 a.m. on Friday. Certified Instructor: Emiko
All classes in English and Spanish
Hours of operation: Mon - Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 8 - 2 p.m. Evenings: Mon - Thurs 7:30 - 9 p.m. Come in the evening and practice your Spanish.
