Thursday, November 17 - 10:00am - "Traditional French Baguettes and French Onion Soup", presented by artisan baker, Mort Rabkin. This is a class to practice basic bread-making skills, from measuring and kneading to baking in Mort's clay oven. Learn to vary your ingredients, to create "wet-style" baguettes using one classic recipe. You'll create "authentic" French Onion Soup with Julia's croutons. $25 fee includes hands-on class, recipe booklet, full lunch with wine, a French baguette to take home, and more.
