[News Boquete] Are you loosing confidence not only while walking around Boquete...but around your house and garden?

If you could improve the confidence in your legs
after learning how to do a daily 30 minute easy
and gentle movement routine, would you consider a
re-education program designed for your special
needs?

According to the CDC:
  • In 2000, direct medical costs for fatal and nonfatal fall injuries totaled $19 billion.
  • Falls are a major threat to the health and independence of older adults, people aged 65 and older.
  • About one out of ten falls among older adults result in a serious injury, such as a hip fracture or head injury, that requires hospitalization.
Imagine a movement re-education program that would
help you prevent costly hospitalizations and
improve the performance of not only your daily
activities, but recreational activities like
hiking, dancing or yoga.
To assess how such a program can help you, all you
need to do is take a free evaluation session at my
studio, BodyMind Dojo.

To request your free assessment please fill in the
form at the bottom of my home page by clicking
here.

I can only do a limited number of evaluation
sessions per week.  Please indicate in the form at
least two time options that would work for you.

Request your free evaluation session by clicking here

Sincerely,

Gilberto Barria-Vallarino
BodyMind Dojo

P.S.:  The methods I use though gentle and
non-intrusive require your participation and
commitment.  You can read more about them here.
