This meeting will feature an encore of a popular presentation by Lauretta Bonfiglio, expat, long time resident and well known restauranteur of Boquete. She will tell you all about those unfamiliar items in the fruit and vegetable bins you've been wondering about - and how you can incorporate them to your diet. 

Her presentation will be enhanced by photos and examples. Questions will be welcomed. Be sure to come a little early so you don't miss a minute of this interesting and enlightening talk.
